We also record the network address the message came from, solely to prevent abuse of the contact form.

If you subscribe to capability updates, we store your email address, signup source, and network address. If you use the Mission Need Advisor, we store the need and sector you submit, the generated recommendation, and your network address to limit abuse. Do not include classified information, controlled information, sensitive personal information, or confidential operational details in the advisor.

How we use it

We use your information only to respond to your inquiry and, if the conversation continues, to prepare proposals or statements of work. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing.

Subscriber details are used for capability updates. Advisor text is processed by an AI service to produce a recommendation. Recommendations are informational and do not constitute an offer, eligibility determination, or commitment to deliver a project.

How long we keep it

Contact submissions are kept while an inquiry is active and for a reasonable period afterward for our records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Subscription and advisor records are retained for operating the service and handling follow-up requests. Contact us to request removal from the updates list or deletion of a stored advisor request.

The site uses your browser’s local storage to remember whether you dismissed or completed the subscription panel. You can clear those preferences through your browser settings.
